六大陸ろくたいりく

大おおきい　陸地りくち　が　６つ　あります。There are six big continents.

Eurasian continent

日本にほん　の　近ちかく　に　は　（①　ユーラシア大陸たいりく　）があります。この　大陸たいりく　は、（➐アジア州しゅう　）と（➑ヨーロッパ州しゅう　）　に　わかれます。
Near Japan, there is the (①Eurasian continent), which is divided into (➐Asia) and (➑Europe).

African continent

ヨーロッパ　の　南みなみには、（②　アフリカ大陸たいりく　）が　あります。
South of Europe is the (②African continent).

North American continent

ヨーロッパ　の　西にし　には、〔大西洋たいせいよう　を　はさんで〕（③　北きたアメリカ大陸たいりく　）が　あります。
West of Europe (across the Atlantic Ocean) is the (③North American continent).

South American continent

アフリカ　の　　西にし　には、〔大西洋たいせいよう　を　はさんで〕（④　南みなみアメリカ大陸たいりく　）が　あります。
West of Africa (across the Atlantic Ocean) is the (④South American continent).

Antarctic continent

北極ほっきょく　に　は　大陸たいりく　は　ありません。
There is no continent at the North Pole.
南極なんきょく　に　は（⑤　南極なんきょく大陸たいりく　）が　あります。
At the South Pole, there is the (⑤Antarctic continent).

Australian continent

太平洋たいへいよう　と　インド洋よう　の　あいだ　に　は、（⑥　オーストラリア大陸たいりく　）が　あります。（　オーストラリア大陸たいりく　)　は　（➒　オセアニア州しゅう　）　に　あります。
Between the Pacific and Indian Oceans, there is the (⑥Australian continent), which is part of (➒Oceania).
