わたしたち　は　地球ちきゅう　に　すんで　います。
We live on Earth.

地理ちり　では、地球ちきゅう　の　いろいろな　場所ばしょ　について　まなびます。
In geography, we learn about the various places on Earth.

そして、人ひとびと　の　生活せいかつ　について　まなびます。
We also learn about people’s lives.

すべて　の　場所ばしょ　や　国くにぐに　を　まとめて　「世界せかい」　と　いいます。
All the places and countries together are called the “world“.

地理ちり　の　勉強べんきょう　では、世界せかい地理ちり　と　日本にほん地理ちり　を　まなびます。
In geography class, we learn about world geography and Japanese geography.
